I am a realtor and notary licensed in DE and PA. I am bringing over 20 years of experience as a Paralegal to your real estate transaction. Originally from Ukraine, I moved to Wilmington, DE almost 30 years ago. This gave me the intimate knowledge of the area and information to assist my Buyers and Sellers through the nuances of the real estate.
Prior to entering real estate, I worked as an estate administration paralegal for more than 20 years. I drafted Estate Planning documents including Wills, Trusts, Power of Attorneys, Advance Health Care Directives as well as maintained financial records of Estates utilizing Quicken and prepared the United States Estate Tax Return (Form 706).
Outside of real estate, I took pride in giving back to the community. For almost 10 years I served as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for abandoned and neglected children to help disadvantaged families with foster children. Also, I volunteered as a tax preparer for more than 10 years for VITA(Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) Program to help indigent families to prepare their federal and state income tax returns.
The varied experiences, coupled with my graduate degree in mechanical engineering and paralegal certificate, have provided me with valuable skills and unique abilities that I use daily when I am drafting real estate contracts, utilizing real estate negotiation strategies, and educating homebuyers and sellers.
These experiences instilled in me discipline, unflagging energy, and unwavering work ethics.
In my spare time, I tremendously enjoy traveling. I have visited 54 countries as of 2024.
