I have over 10 years experience as a Notary. I was in the banking business for over 20 years. I am a Realtor and Financial Solutions Specialist/Financial Planner, and understand the finer points of the loan process. I have a strong understanding of what to say and, more importantly, what NOT to say, when handling a loan signing. Having managed employees for a major bank as an executive, I have been exposed to many personalities, and have found ways to resolve every personality challenge that has been presented to me, and have successfully guided and converted them to compliant and productive associates. My experience with loans and the loan process has been beneficial in mitigating any misunderstandings the signers have regarding differences between my role as a signing agent and the role of the lender/loan agent/contact.
