I am certified loan agent with the NNA and a AP-CNSA. I have been specifically trained to handle and work with mortgage lenders, title and escrow companies signing and notarizing mortgage loan documents. I have worked with various lenders and title companies across the nation. I have accurately executed mortgage loan documents including first mortgage, HELOC, reverse mortgages, seller and buyer documents. I travel to borrower's homes or office to complete loan documents for real estate, refinancing and modifications. I verify that all documents are accounted for, I ensure that signer is aware, of sound mind and understand the documents they are signing without interfering with the transaction on behalf of either party also informing signer of document which explains their rights to cancel transaction within a given frame time. I perform duties properly and ethically while maintaing proper procedures, files and regulations including the safeguarding of borrowers' private financial information. I return all signed documents to escrow company immediately to ensure that there is no lapse in time to record documents.
