I have been a loan signing specialist for 3 years and am happy to meet with your clients at their home or wherever they determine to be most convenient for them. I also have a private office, located in downtown Arcata, where I can comfortably accommodate signers that prefer to not meet at their residence.

I currently am an instructor with Masters Notary Academy, serving the Humboldt/Del Norte and Shasta County regions. We teach the mandatory, 6-hour course for commissioning and re-commissioning notaries, who take the proctored, Secretary of State Notary Exam on-site directly after the class. Preparing other local notaries for the state examination helps me stay well-acquainted with proper notary procedure and up-to-date on changes to notary law, but it has also been beneficial in other ways. When students in the class are there from local title companies and lenders, we all have the opportunity to learn from each other how to avoid common errors and other things that can impact the process or delay funding.
