I have extensive knowledge and experience with Real Estate loan documents (fix loans, Helocs, Reverse Mortgages, Construction loans, piggybacks, Commercial Loans, Loan Modifications and FHA loans). I am fluent in Spanish and have great people skills. I will represent your company well with professionalism and accuracy. I have been a Notary since 2002.

E-documents are accepted. Monday-Sunday 24 hours a day I also specialize in ensuring the proper signing and delivery of REO,SHORT SALES, RE SALES, VA AND FHA LOANS, NEW COMMUNITIES, AUCTION NOTARIES.
I also have a successful background check from the NNA.
