Fees for loan docs are $150 and up (ofcourse, more for a 1st and a 2nd), these fees include travel to escrow, the borrower, and back to escrow. I do charge a printing fee which is customary. I always check my work. Escrow officers are always welcome!!!I would appreciate your business.
