I am a notary with over 11 years of experience. As a former escrow officer and current real estate agent in Southern California I am proficient in loan signings, mutliple party signings requiring attachments, and Power of Attorney signings. Because performing notarial services was and is typically a daily part of my job I've performed so many that it is second nature. I also know who, when and how to direct a signer to contact the escrow, title or loan officer should the signing party(ies) have questions regarding the documentation. Sometime in 2006 I was also officially certified as a loan document signing agent.
