Since i am an elementary school teacher, i am only available after 3 p.M. Monday thru friday, and i am available on the weekends. Used to work for a mortgage company before becoming a teacher. I used to work for icc mortgage and lowell, smith & evers as the loan shipping coordinator (1993-1996). I have a lot of experience with loan documents. I was the one who prepared all the loan files to be sent to the investors. I also worked with a lot of the loan agents, especially when they had latino borrowers. I am fluent in both spanish and english.
