I worked for a lender in post closing, where i was in charge of correcting notary mistakes on loan documents. I am a member of the national notary association, a certified member of 123 notary.Com and a member of the california association of realtors. I am also a licensed realtor.

I ONLY over areas of Lake County, California; including the cities of Clearlake, Cobb, Hidden Valley Lake, Kelseyville, Lakeport, Lucerne, Middletown and Nice. I am fully vaccinated for COVID.

I do not travel to Humboldt, Mendocino, Napa, Sonoma, or Yuba Counties because they are too far away over mountain roads.

Some locations may have an additional travel fee based on travel time. I am covered by errors and omissions insurance. I have been performing mobile loan signings for over 10 years. I can accept email documents for an extra fee.
