I am the owner of Sprint City Notary Services located in Laguna Beach in Southern California. I am a certified Notary Public since March of 2021, plus certified via the National Notary Association and the Loan Signing System. I am currently bonded, insured ($100 E&O), background check approved, and at your service throughout Orange County.

I have over 20 years of hospitality experience. My main objective, when meeting with clients, is to provide the best customer service possible. I am an extension of YOU and hiring me will ensure clients will have the best signing experience. Plus needless to say Lenders & Escrow/Title Officers will be impressed with the over-all service. I am happy to hold client’s hands through the whole process. I have been in their shoes multiple times, so I understand how important it is to be patient and understanding, and mainly thorough and meticulous.

I am a knowledgeable and detail oriented person. I ensure all Ts are crossed and all Is are dotted: signatures, dates and initials are properly filled out. I triple check all key documents, such as Statement of Information, Trust Certifications, Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003s, to ensure nothing is missed.

If on a rare occasion a mistake is made, I will not hesitate to stop what I am doing and fix it ASAP.

Documents will be triple checked and returned as instructed, completely and promptly. I will be in constant contact from the time a job is handed over to me, to the time documents arrive at your office. Should I, or the clients, have any questions, I am quick to get those answers before completing a job.

I charge one flat fee, and willing to show you why I am your best signing agent:

Every type of signing: $90-$100
HELOC: $50
Seller’s Package: $75
Loan Applications $50
