My name is Marcus Garcia and I am a certified Notary Signing Agent providing mobile loan signing services throughout Orange County, California. I am a commissioned Notary Public in the State of California, completed California Notary Signing Agent certification through The Notary Learning Center, and completed the National Notary Association's Notary Signing Agent certification exam. I am a Snapdocs verified Notary Signing Agent.

In addition to my credentials as a Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent in the State of California, I also am an active Enrolled Agent with unlimited representation rights of individuals and businesses before the Internal Revenue Service. My educational background includes my Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Science in Business with a Concentration in Public Sector, and Associate of Arts in Human Services Management. Professionally, I have worked in the public transportation industry for over seven years, two of which were in management.

My standard fee for a loan signing appointment is $80. The printing fee per letter-sized copy is $0.05, while each legal-sized copy is $0.10. Loan packages that consist of both letter-sized and legal-sized documents will all be printed on legal-sized paper at the applicable rate. Only monochrome printing is available. Fees are subject to change for reasons such as a short-notice request for service, special requests for the loan signing appointment, or an appointment which occurs outside of Orange County.
