I have been working in the real estate industry for 8 years. I have worked in both residential and commercial property management. I have spent the majority of my career working in residential property management. More specifically, working for a homeowner's association in one of Orange County, California's premiere master planned communities. I have been in a position where I've had to review real estate documents on a daily basis. I am very familiar with real estate documents. I became a Notary Public in 2012 and started executing loan signings on a part-time basis. I am located in Orange County, CA and I am willing to travel all over Southern, CA; up to 100 miles one way.
