During the course of my studies to certify my real estate and loan documents signing licenses, I acquired a vast experience in the handling and managing of many real estate documents. I am familiar with Deeds of Trust, Borrowers Applications or Form 1003, HUD 1, and Closing Statements. I can also prepare and notarize Living Trusts, Power of Attorney, Last Testament & Will, and many other documents that are not real estate related.
