•I can properly fill out a PCOR, Notice of Right to Cancel, Certificate of Trust, Statement of Information and Social Security Auth as week as any other forms required to close.
•I will comprehensively walk signers through different loan docs, including HELOC, HECM, CD and explain the escrow account( if applicable) accrued interest, per diem interest and ARMs.
• I do my best not to miss any needed signatures, dates or initial from top to bottom as with 1003, FHA and VA Loan Apps.
•I know to ask ahead of time or call in before filling out Key documents like Power of Attorney to properly fill out.
•I understand the importance of clients signing in full and writing dates neatly, so I’ll ensure that signatures and dates are written neatly on every document and take extra care with Provident Funding Signings.
•I will correct errors ASAP, so to prevent the loss of rate locks, missing of closure dates, or other funding conditions.
• I will make all appointments on-time.
• l will ensure that scan backs and drop offs are made in a timely manner, same day when possible.
• Experience with different signings including: Loan Signings(Purchase), Refinance, Reverse Mortgage, HELOC, Initial Signings and Seller packages.
