I love my notary work and it shows! I have 20 years of loan signing experience (6th Commission Expires 5/25/23) I service; Sierra, Plumas, Lassen, Placer & Nevada Countiesj, 24/7 Including Holidays. I negotiate all my fees and try to stay competitive but live in a remote area of the Sierras. Factors influencing fee acceptance: Time (long driving distances over mountain passes) Weather (Snow, Ice, Sleet etc.) Deer on the Roads at night (Have to drive under speed limit), Spotty Cell Service, and additional Drive time for Dropping Docs (Very few Drop Box Locations) are all taken into consideration for every appointment. I drive a 4WD Subaru and have studded tires in the winter, therefore, I can go anywhere at any time!
