I am a former Senior Trust Officer of 20 years with an MBA from Westminster College. I am an active member of the Arizona State Escrow Association (ASEA) and received my professional designation in 2015 as a Certified Escrow Officer. Also, I am an Active member of National Notary Association (NNA). My experience includes the following: Vacant Land and Commercial Services, POA, Subdivision Land Trust, Family Trust, Warranty Deed, Residential Resale, Builder, Construction Loans, Reverse Mortgages, HELOCs, Buyer, Seller Refinance, Investor and 1031 Exchange. I am a Certified Notary and have been a loan signing agent since 2022. During my employment with First American Title Insurance Company, I received training on a wide variety of documents including real estate, financial and loan documents. I am a dedicated singing Agent who will ensure the documents are executed accurately. I live in Ahwatukee and prefer signings in South Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe and Scottsdale. However, I have done and am able to do signings all over the valley including North Phoenix, Queen Creek, Sun City, Sun City West, Goodyear and Glendale.
