I am new to the Notary field but have managed multi million dollar properties for 25 years. Large 500+ man camps on the north slope in Alaska. Think large hotel. Where I managed all of the bookings of crews that changed out every two weeks, and managed a staff of over 100 people. Cooks, housekeepers, and maintenance crews. You need to have good administrative skills and be very detail oriented to perform this work.
I have also operated a successful Home Inspection company for 16 years. Which is also an attention to detail type of profession.
I am a very personable and well spoken person who has a way of making people feel comfortable and confident in my ability to handle any situation. And with my background in the Real Estate industry I have dealt with a lot of the same type of concerns people have when entering into the home buying and loan process. I try to help them understand and make their own decisions.
My favorite part of being a home inspector is that I get to help people through the tough decisions, and being a loan signing agent I think I can feel like I am performing that same vital function.
